  5. That should have been a bare minimum demand in order to get the job. I'd also like to see more change on the offensive side beginning with Grimes, but not necessarily ending there.

  10. They have to get rid of Peveto. Special teams leave a bit to be desired. They have NEVER been good since Miles hired the man with 3 names.
