I try to return them as I get them, but I was put on a "three day hiatus" for going after "Ramah the Ridiculous"...I'm back now...So you can always drop me a line when you need to...
By the way, guys...Clay, Henson, and Butler all were offered-and accepted-back on January 2nd...So just to let you know, he already has a staff semi-in place.
Hubert has been good to me....own a house here and the military of 11 years has been great also. Who were you with while living in Hubert?
I think he's out. He isn't going to coach LBs at least, Mack Butler and Bill Clay will be LB coaches.
To bad. Talk about a guy with some emotion. I work with some former players of his and have never heard a bad word. He bled purple and gold and I'm sure no matter where he goes, he will continue.
In a perfect world, Jimbo would be retained and Crowton would be the QB coach and would push Jimbo to be an even better OC (IMO, some of Jimbo's play selections were questionable at times). Should Jimbo fail to execute better on the offensive side (i.e. display a more consistant offense in terms of execution--which I know isn't entirely up to any coach, but the players instead), then Crowton would be waiting in the wings to take over.
CRAPPPPPPPP!!! Per Shreveport Times "However, one of those six, running backs coach Larry Porter, has been retained by new Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy, according to The Daily Oklahoman." Big loss, this guy was a stud coach. RB are important in a Miles O so I hope we get someone good to choach this position. Any Ideas?
