Funny that the team took the loss and not josh booty. I'm sure coach saban would say the same thing. Funny how we forget somethings about him but remember others.

He won the SEC that season. He had his players, he lost the game. Oh. Yea. He also ran the ball at the end of the first half, resulting in a chorus of boos. Wow...bells are ringing.

90% of LSU fans wanted coach saban fired after that game. Poeple were calling baton rouge and new orleans radio stations left and right demanding his termination.

Bull****. I live in Baton Rouge, and I did not hear anyone except some drunk calling for his head. If was not for a sportscenter top 10 catch, WE ARE 0-2. Miles is lost. We are going 7-4 based on how our team is playing.

Funny. I recall a Sophmore Qurterback making a bonehead play to end the first half that could have given LSU 3, Maybe 7 more points of cushion. I recall defensive players in position to make a play, but not making plays. I recall fumbles and interceptions.

Those were the coaches fault? The coaches coached those techniques this summer?

I guess you weren't paying attention if you don't recall the week following Ole Miss in 2001.

Bad news. LSU is going to be worse than 7-4.

Bama, Auburn, Florida, Vanderbilt all have quarterbacks that can beat LSU.

The point is that there's a lot more wrong with LSU than the coaches. Its everyone. Fans, Players, and Coaches.

How is it fans fault? We are paying more than other generation of LSU fans to attend games combined with a loaded team. I am sorry for having high expectations.

Apparently, you didn't listen to the radio...

Saban even said after that game he had a hard time driving home with his family because of the incredible backlash that was going on on the radio...

I remember walking through the student section tunnels of TS following the loss to Ole Miss in 01. All I could hear was shouting for Saban's head.

Wait, wait wait...........let me get this straight. We lost because the fans weren't yelling? Texas A & M fans yell like crazy and Texas still drums their asses. You gotta be kidding me. You need to grow up dude........football is played on the field as Saban used to say. They have to compete for 60 minutes if they were playing in the street, much less Tiger Stadium. They didn't do that because the coaches started playing not to lose. That's the bottomline. Now go back to your 5th grade argument about the fans not yelling enough.

I did not hear much backlash, just the usuals after a lost. Again 2001 we were still in the process of rebuilding and I gave saban that opportunity despite some loses. We did in fact win the sec that year.

Its an attitude. If it were about what were going on on the field only, home field advantage wouldn't be worth anything. Why do we yell when the opposition has the ball, then? Why do we cheer? Why do we care?

THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE 2003 GEORGIA GAME FOR COACH SABAN WAS WHEN LSU FANS BEGAN CHANTING LSU FOLLOWING THE GEORGIA TOUCHDOWN. The players feed off the fans, the fans feed off the players, its a cycle.

When the opposition has the ball with a chance to take the lead or tie, and THE VAST MAJORITY OF FANS IN TIGER STADIUM ARE SITTING DOWN?

THINGS HAVE CHANGED. LSU FANS HAVE BECOME COMPLACENT AND SPOILED. I'LL GET YOU SOME DARTMOUTH TICKETS, LET REAL FANS USE YOURS.
