All you have to do is compare Ty Willingham reign at ND to Weis, and its like night and day. Under Ty, ND was losing to inferior teams all the time. It was an embarrasment. Wies has begun the painful process of rebuilding ND after the incompotence or sheer laziness of TyW. Its been amazing to see the growth and progression of players like Brady Quinn and Jeff S. under Weis. Yes, ND is still losing a few games every year but that's because of the sheer imbalance in talent, thanks to TyW's laziness in recruiting. ND lost to teams with superior talent. But, when Weis starts bringing in talent, then watch out.
