Mike Price is to retire after this last game with Rice Saturday. Should be a great retirement party, if you know what I mean.

Bradley Dale Peveto will not return as head coach at Northwestern State.

    That's shocking!

Tennessee, Arkansas and Auburn fans are all reporting that Jon Gruden has secretly agreed to be their next head coach. Gonna be a busy 2013 for Gruden!

Jon's making 4.3M (Thats what ESPN pays him) doing what he does best. Maybe its me, I'd see him go to the Pro's again.

I agree, he has a pretty sweet deal with ESPN. I just find it funny that every time a major program has a coaching vacancy, the fans think Jon Gruden is their next coach!

I wonder if David Shaw jumps ship to any of the "bigger" football schools? He has clearly done a great job of continuing what Harbaugh did at Stanford, but you have to think that a school like that will only pay him so much. His style would be a great fit in the SEC. If Tenn or Ark is smart, they'd give him the full-court press.

He would probably be a better fit than Gruden, on top off being a better bargain and easier to get. Let's hope their ADs are as desperate, delusional and dumb as their fans.

You look at college coaches in Fla and Cali, they should all do well, look at the talent they have to pick from. Didn't take Mora long to do well at UCLA, he took in a few JC players. Remember they have a ton of JC schools in Cali, don't have to look far for talent.

That's why I don't understand how Texas is not a top 5 team every year
