Some decent games on the schedule for today/tonight. Ole Miss - Ark, Louisville - ND, Arizona - Utah, USC - UCLA are games that look interesting on paper. Excuse me for not getting into Yale - Harvard.
Yeah, but that story on Harvard's current captain was something. Hit home for me b/c I have an older son whose younger sister worships him. Very impressive young man, too. FWIW, they are always looking for the "emotional" story, I know, but that one got me.
I guess Pelini is on the "hot seat" in Lincoln. The Huskers might want to hold off on running him off. Dr. Tom ain't coming back.
As this season concludes I think it is clear that there isn't any dominant team this year. Sometimes we have a few. I also think this 4 team playoff will do one of two things. Because there will be a conference champion or two left out as well as other teams that will have a legitimate argument; the expansion to an 8 team playoff will happen soon. Very soon. Much sooner than the current 12 year contract. Or A revised BCS type of thing comes back.
The only thing that would have made Corso's pick better would have been if the dog took a dump in front of Lee.
