The new offense is the real deal. We were crisp, didn't make a lot of mental mistakes and produced 55 points....after taking our foot off the accelerator at halftime. Those numbers are hard to argue with. We will know more about our offense next week after we play Texas and as we get into SEC play. For now, I am tickled to see us become unpredictable. We will be harder to beat because of it.
Just the notion that opposing coordinators actually have to account for so many different options is a different feeling.... this is like Christmas morning
That's the real thing about it. I don't think Brady (Ensminger for the short bus crowd) has invented a miracle offense that nobody's ever seen before and has no clue how to contain, much less stop it. But....given as competitive as LSU has been over the last decade (wondering in the offensive desert), you'd be hard pressed to convince me this offense won't take LSU further throughout the season. AND...running this offense, for 1 game against lowly GSU, is already paying dividends on the recruiting trail. Take that to the bank. Which even furthers LSU's success moving forward. Thank you Coach E!!! (and you too, General Brady, I guess you might have had something to do with it)
LOL...it really is though! This week has felt like Christmas eve....time just trickling by. I'm ready to see that again! I have no idea who you could be talking about here.... this. Looking back on it it's truly incredible how competitive we've been without an offense. The rest of the SEC has to be shaking their heads because the offense has awakened a giant imo. Yessir!
Don't want to hear it. I have to go to a wedding Saturday night, so I have to DVR and watch Sunday night. The hard part will be trying not to hear anything about the game before I watch it.
Anyone that plans a wedding on a Saturday in the fall is not a good friend. People in my life are on notice, plan away, also plan on me not being there.
Well, its one of our son's rowing teammates, and she just thinks my wife and I are awesome, so we have to go. And of course our son and his wife will be their, and we haven't seen them in a couple of months.
I sentence you to watch Ferris Beulers day off until it sinks in. Get a nice card, include a nicer check and say "sorry we missed it"
