I've been range shooting quite a bit. I'm not even close to good at it but it's a hella lot of fun.
    Bet it was pink.

Horseshit. I know you well enough to know you would not have left the place UNTIL you were good.

It attracts either ordinary Joe's seeking need for authority over others or extremists who eat, drink and sleep that gun stuff.

Translation: shane's a dork? Blonde Bomber calls him a "d" word that also ends in "k" but it's not that one.

If you get it back in 60 days they've sped things up. Don't panic if it goes over.

Sadly, it is true. It's a major disappointment for me because I am competitive and I do like to excel. I don't know what it is, for sure my eyesight is an issue, but I am not that great a shot. One time, I actually hit the cable that moves the targets and it came down....the people running the range were like....damn, we've never seen that before.

when you shoot you have to be sorta surprised when it goes off, meaning you keep aiming through the target and the trigger/gun will go off on it own so to speak. im sure you know this but it helps me to remind myself instead of just throwing lead down range. slows the process.

Your eyesight shouldn't be a problem if you are wearing corrective lenses. It could be your choice of weapon. Are your hands larger or smaller than normal? The gun should feel like it belongs there when you hold it. If there is some place where you could try it before you buy it you should be able to find one that is right for you.
