They do have them. It's really incredible how many conceal carry permits have been issued in the last 5 years. Aside from that, every coonass has one in the vehicle.
Even cops sometimes have unintended victims. 6 yr old in a car was shot/killed in Marksville last night. Marshalls were in pursuit and discharged weapons not knowing there was even a kid IN the vehicle. Very sad shit. That was pretty irresponsible. Shooting at night without knowing who was in the car. No word that they were fired at themselves. This isn't going to be good for them.
