I don't always conceal carry and when I do in the colder months wearing a coat or windbreaker or whatever the weather dictates no problem. In the warmer months which is most of the year in south Louisiana I almost always wear just shorts and a T Shirt. How would you go about concealing in that situation and what kind of weapon would you recommend? I suppose I could buy a small .380 but I'd rather pack more punch.

Leave your shirt untucked and carry a single stack. Glock now makes one (I have one) but possibly THE most popular single stack is a S&W Shield in a 9mm. I plan to make that one my next purchase if I get another pistol.

That's my opinion of the "what". On the "how," I am assuming you won't be carrying for hours but even if you are, check out these.

Pictures of some of the ones on that link. And no, the girls don't go with the holsters.

Or these wallet type of holsters- just be careful not to shoot your dick off.
