I don't follow recruiting but even i know the decisions never made until the name is on the Letter of Intent.

This is too easy to answer. RP is over 6' tall and Green is only 5'9", it is extremely rare to have a QB that short on the collegiate level. Another thing is Green didn't have nearly the gaudy numbers that RP has. Finally, Green wasn't the number one dual threat coming out of high school like RP is. No comparison between RP and Green.

Not to mention RP has a gun and Skyler had no arm at all.

A better comparison, BTW would have been Early.
