It was blanketing your receivers and swarming your qb with pressure all night. How do you think LSU was able to leave their CB's one on one all night with y'alls receivers? Your receivers got ZERO separation. That's speed.

Congrats to the buckeye's on a good season. Nice of OSU fans to come here and congratulate LSU Fans. Wish you the best of luck next season.

 

You have no idea how many people have thought that as well. Trust me, you aren't the only one. They do look like them.

 

Well, I've ALWAYS stated that I thought the perception in speed difference between LSU and OSU was horse sh*t from the very beginning.

I think, from top to bottom, the SEC IS faster than the Big Ten--but that's taking into account players from Minn, Indiana, etc. and NOT so much about the upper echelon Big Ten vs upper echelon SEC.

Thanks for the well wishes and kind words. I think a big difference in tonight's game was the 5 personal foul penalties committed by OSU. I thought Tressell's team displayed a total lack of discipline and that "chip on their shoulder" that they played with because of last year's title game proved to be too much emotion and not enough mental control.

Just remember...there are 117 other programs that WISHED they made it to the BCS title game....You guys made it in back-to-back seasons....

 

I was soo nervous about the first quarter but the Tigers stepped up and showed why we where in this game!!! I thank all the buckeye fans who where a class act!!!! This Championship means more to me than 2003!!! Goooo Tigers!!!:crystal: :milesmic:

I don't care what anyone says about the Big-10, you guys deserved to be in the game and have our respect. Given your situation for 2008, I fully expect you will be a part of the MNC conversation then. Right now, we probably won't be, but hopefully will make another run in 2009. :LSU231: :crystal:
