Good sport. I think you guys have a real chance of getting to Atlanta. I'm not at all sure you guys won't take Florida down. Good luck, and thanks for sticking around.:geauxtige
If you guys get that run defense fixed y'all could go far! :thumb: Y'all have talent and one heck of a coach.
Thank you for your kind words. The Gamecocks showed a lot of courage today Conway. Nothing would please me more to see you guys in the championship game. Best of luck the rest of the season.
Well I said that I would be back win or lose. I just want you to know that you have an awesome ball club down there in Baton Rouge. Good Luck the rest of the season, and I hope we get to see you in Dec. I’ll be checking back in through out the year especially during the FL game……….Hope you guys can take some steam out of them for us.:thumb:
You are a great fan and represent USC with the upmost class and respect. Good luck the rest of the year.
Yep, this Gamecock is waking up a little dissappointed, but not as bad since we lost to a really quality team...you guys' beastly lines on both sides and a beautifully executed gadget play proved to be the difference. I think we'll see you guys in the ATL in December, and cant wait for it...the only thing LSU did that dissappointed me was the late hit to Captain's neck after he was on the ground...not cool. Other than that I enjoyed the game, and I think you guys have seen the official emergence of Chris Smelley as our starting QB.
I don't think you'll find any LSU fan happy with that hit, either. I'm pretty sure the coaching staff will address it with him this week ... probably will involve running and vomiting.:hihi: Good luck to you guys the rest of the way. Wouldn't mind a rematch in ATL.
No need to be disappointed in that loss, SC put on a heck of a game and the season is far from over in the SECEast. As far as the late hit, where I was sitting I couldn't see it, I need to check it on the replay, but I heard it was pretty obvious. I hate to see that stuff happen.. LSU still needs to work on the penalties thing in general I think. We're picking up a few too many IMHO. Anyway, good luck with the rest of your season and maybe we'll see ya again in Atlanta. :thumb: :geauxtige
Yeah the kid put his helmet right on the back of Captains neck...my heart skipped a beat when they were trying to keep his head still while they were tending to him, what with the Kevin Everett thing. But I think we're getting to the point where we should be dissappointed every time we lose, no matter who to. If this happened during the Holtz administration he would say we won the game just by making it close...not so with Steve...he chastised our fans after the Auburn game last year because some of them applauded after we "almost" beat them. But yea definately cant wait to play yall again, hopefully we'll be clicking by then, but til then :geauxtige
SC is clearly a good team. You guys can win the rest of your games and see us in Atlanta. Smelly looked good.
