Thanks for the congrats, I have always disliked AU and am glad we beat them. However AU has a heck of a team and kudos to the entire team.:helmet:

Tubbs is an EXCELLENT coach. It's impossible to deny his success on the road.

We didn't dominate the game. We played extremely well in the 2nd half but we have to start playing 4 quarters of football again.

His own refs? Are you blind? The calls went both ways tonight. They got lucky on a helmet-to-helmt call on steltz -- and we got lucky on a spot.

    Well played AU, well played.

JL and the rest of us are talking about enjoying a high quality national interest sporting event between two heavy weight contenders. We enjoyed the game.

There were a couple of low spots, missed calls both ways. They are bad, but they did not overshadow the totality of the game.

Are you f'n blind? Did you not see the Dorsey block? One of the dirtiest plays I've ever seen...no-call. Matt Flynn gets hit in the knees AFTER an incomplete pass on the last drive....no-call. On the TD at the end, that was PI....no-call. AU got their first flag with 7 minutes to go in the 3rd quarter. And I guess you didn't see the NUMEROUS holds on the AU offensive line that wasn't called. Give me a break!

And what the hell is with all the kissing of Auburn's @ss? You guys are making me sick!

    I'll echo the original post.

I know if has been forever since I have even visited here (my work now blocks it and I choose to do other things at home), but I wanted to come over tonight and say:

We'll get your ass next year.

Oh yeah, and whip Alabama's ass in a couple weeks.

This is the SEC baby!..they,re all hard fought games...case in point "just how the hell did Vandy manage to beat Spurrier"? Its the SEC...don't take anyone in this conference lightly. I bet at the end of the year we'll have 10 teams in bowl games of one sort or the other. All those other conferences around the country "really" would rather not play "any" schools from the south!

The SEC version of Dan Hawkins and I both agree with you. IT'S THE SEC!!! :hihi:

A great battle between two heavyweights, with shady coaching on both sides. Shady for AU with dirty play. Shady for LSU with inexplicable coaching gaffs.

After Flynn threw an absolutely perfect ball to Byrd, who made an unbelievable catch, it's all good in the house of NLMD. :thumb:

I had to listent to the game on the radio, and even the announcers were saying that our D-line was getting held all night and was never getting called.
    Typical AU refs.
