Thanks to all the coaches,staff,team players and fans who were in Omaha. We didn't win this year but we gave it a hell of a shot. Thank you from a Tigah fan! :thumb:
All of skip's good fortune in the CWS, Smoke has had to pay for it. He can't seem to get a break with the seeing eye singles, the texas leaguers, the obstruction/interference non-call, the play at the plate, the Mestepey injury. Yes you create much of your luck but some things have to go your way. When not only a few but lots go against you, you aren't going to win. If Lane is healthy and starts game one with those 5 runs on the board....anyone not think this is a totally different outcome in Omaha? I sure as hell do. I feel sorry for the kids....0-4 in Omaha last 2 years is a lot of hurt knowing the expectations of our fanbase. We can be happy knowing most will be back. thanks for the great effort and many great games JC and JZ. you too nate....w/o you we wouldnt have even been here.
