Wrong answer. The Hillary thing is just a little more complicated than some cop getting his ass whipped by a perp. This is part of the problem with conservatives: you like applying first grade logic to a doctoral thesis.

Look, they give officers non-lethal options to protect themselves when they don't think using a gun is justified. They have pepper spray, a taser, and a big black stick, not to mention a radio. I commend the officer for not killing a guy just for beating him up. But I must criticize him for not protecting himself with his baton or his taser. You don't let a hostile perp get close enough to take your gun. You break his fucking arm with your billy club.
Might as well use the pistol if you want to kill him. The idea of non-lethal force is to fuck them up without killing them and being subject to media scrutiny.
