While Lee Corso seems to be the butt of many jokes, Kirk Herbstreit seems to get away. If you watch ESPN gameday, it is Herbstreit, who is almost always wrong. For instance, for the Florida game, he not only picked the Gators to win, but predicted them to win "big" Similarly he picked TN to beat Georgia! The one pick that still amuses me is his pick from the Sugar bowl earlier this year, where he picked Illinois to win "big". His reasoning was that their NFL caliber CB's would shut down Reed and our passing attack. The way I see it, it is Herbstreit who is the real joke, expect him to pick South Carolina to beat us next Saturday!
amen, DC. Corso is still riding the Tiger bandwagon - that's pretty good run, nationaly speaking. Herbsreet can't get past his Big 10 bias. Herstreet's pregame analysis is a joke. I'd really like for LSU to continue to operate under the radar for a while longer, though.
