    I use to believe what you do too but I think it would only create a war between the middle east and us.
    I think this is a no win situation from either of our viewpoints.
    We do what you say and some would survive but other portions of the country that you don't bomb would think that those extremists you killed were right, it would prove their point.
    If you bomb the whole country then others would think the same.

    This is why I think bush tried nation building.
    Its kinda of a nice way to do things instead of everyone thinking you are the enemy or want to destroy everything.

    i agree with sourdough again.

    we are in a bit of a no-win situation. i think the only way out is going to take forever and be very costly. but i dont see any other answers.

    it will be very costly, but not in the way many people think. The real cost, unless something changes, will be in our readiness to handle a conventional foe.

    I believe his point is the COST OF AMERICAN LIVES is priceless.

    Freedom is worth dying for to some men...I guess you're not one of them..
