That conflicts with the "losing so many juniors" narrative--one I agree with. It also conflicts with what we knew about Miles' teams at this point each season. There was a running threat and we knew who and how it would come. While you follow the Tigers closer than I do it's been a LONG time since fans of other SEC teams looked at the running backs returning for LSU dismissively. It's a question I've not heard a lot, but it's one I can't set aside: where's the returning production with the running back corps?
