Could this explain the existence of the Miles' loyalists?

I thought Miles had Sabans talent.

    Shitty argument.

First show me how anyone of these coaches can pull in Miles talent.

Any one of these coaches are free to recruit our players.

Miles can recruit. There's no debating that. Where he and our coaches on offense have failed to some degree is in developing that talent. How many offensive recruits rated 3-4 stars when they signed have elevated themselves to 5 stars by the time they leave? There may be one or two more, but Hester is the only one I can think of off the top of my head. Maybe Bowe? How many 5 stars have turned into superstars? None that I can think of and a good part of that has got to be coaching; given the level of top talent that we bring in.

Perhaps we need an effective quarterback coach. Nothing but mediocrity under Kragthorp.

i have to agree krags isn't that good, and stud is worst, but miles wont adapt and bring in a proven offensive co-ordinator.

Miles is a great head coach and if you think differently you are retarded. But that doesn't mean he is an offensive guru. You know Mike Holmgren is a great HC, but he isn't a very good GM, and when he is both, his teams just aren't that good. Miles needs to stick to what he knows and does best, be a leader of young men, recruit, coach up that O line, and put quality coaches around him to do what they do best.

NONE of the coaches you named as viable replacements have won an SEC Championship much less a BCS Championship. So they are greater than Miles how?
