Countdown to Tipoff: LSU-UAB Round 1 Gameday Discussion

Well, what's the ACC after Duke, Wake and UNC? GT could get hot like last year, but doubtful. NC State is playing well right now, but i wouldn't say they are a good team.

(For the record, I don't have Duke, Wake or UNC in my elite 8)

 

What's the SEC after Kentucky, Florida (and MAYBE LSU... we shall see in the tourney)? Obviously Bama is nothing, and State hasn't impressed anyone...

 

Duke, Wake, UNC, and GT are all top 10 teams in the country right now IMO. The ACC's 1-5 is obviously superior to any other conference's by a long shot. The next three (Maryland, Virginia Tech, Miami) are pretty good, but it is pretty much impossible to make the tourney when you are essentially handed 6 or 7 losses in the beginning of the season just knowing you'll have to play the Duke, UNC's, etc.

 

Whoah now there fella. . . we were having an argument about the supposed two top conferences, ACC & Big East.

Nobody said the SEC should be mentioned in that conversation, ha ha ha.

YES cstv is finally up have all games at my finger tips.

 

Thank god Oklahoma is beginning to pull away, I have them thumping Kentucky in every bracket I filled out, i think.

 

Me too, neither has been overly impressive today though. Pitt attempting to make a comeback on Pacific, but missed free throws aren't going to help.

 

I am so glad i went back and changed mine to have BC beating bama

 

Too bad I wasn't this smart, I almost had Bama beating Illinois. At least we don't have Bama in the FF like Crawfish does. Bama is sort of making a comeback here though.
