ULL would become my second fav team if he goes there. Not because he would be the coach but because he would finally get the hell away from LSU!
Eh, One more year and we will have Stephen Rivers. Mettenberger would be nice to have next year though.
I wonder what Arkansas State is looking to pay since they fired their coach yesterday. Maybe Crowton can get in a bidding war with them & ULL.
I don't think Rivers would be near ready by then! Don't get me wrong I want Rivers to come in and be better than his big brother, but I also think we have to have Mett to kinda bridge the gap.
That is too exciting, judging by his performace here I'd lean to something you put on top of a salad!
do they have some kind of relationship? if not, then i don't want a QB that stupid to come to LSU. has he seen crowton coach QB's?
Just the relationship between a recruit and a coach. I mean you have a coach telling you what he wants you to do in the offense, how he wants you to help the offense and then he leaves... just makes things more difficult. Miles has been recruiting him heavy as well, maybe anticipating a OC change. But I still think Crowton leaving might hurt things.
