At least we got an out...this is a nailbiter.

 

LSU will get a couple more runs, but they have to find a pitcher that can take the pressure.

 

Yeah, but the flip side is that Texas hitting has been on fire this CWS. Look what they did in their two wins vs. Arizona State (who, along with Texas, has the best pitching staff in the nation).

 

It's been poor pitching in the LSU series though.

 

Is Berticini the answer in this situation?

 

I don't know. Looks more like great hitting by Texas to me. I could see if it was just one of our pitcher struggling, but all of them are struggling. Texas is good. This is the CWS final.

 

Agree because they dont even hit homeruns but are killing our pitchers. If they would've been beating us w/ small ball and bunting that would be different.

 

we havent got but one man on base off of workman...we could be in trouble if we can't get to him
