delicious texas tears. only the 2nd time this year they got shut-out, and it was by a freshman pitcher that threw a 4-hit complete game. they only got one guy to 2nd base the whole game

I was listening, so I had no idea that UNC was channeling the skipper!

Florida was leading Vandy 3-1 in the top of the 6th when mother nature decided it was time for a break. Game will resume at 10:06 this morning on ESPN (may be one of the other ESPN stations.)

As far as I know, everything else is still scheduled.

    Elimination game
    Game 7: 1 p.m. California vs. Texas A&M
    ESPN HD/ESPN3.com
Jon Sciambi, Nomar Garciaparra & Jenn Brown

    Playing for a day off
Game 8: 6 p.m. Virginia vs. South Carolina
    ESPN HD/ESPN3.com/ ESPN Mobile TV
Mike Patrick, Orel Hershiser & Kyle Peterson

Big 12 went 0-4 and both teams are eliminated

    ACC is 2-2 so far

    Cal is 1-1 so far

SEC is 4-0 against non-SEC teams so far

tonight's elimination game: UNC vs Vanderbilt (winner has to beat Florida twice)

tomorrow night's elimination game: Cal vs UVA (winner has to beat South Carolina twice)

absolutely not! LSU could have put together as much as those other teams did.

Vandy easily beats UNC, and now we can update this to:

Big 12 went 0-4 and both teams are eliminated

ACC is 2-3 so far, one of two teams eliminated

    Cal is 1-1 so far

SEC is 5-0 against non-SEC teams so far
