Unfortunately, he won't be available by that time but a "With their first pick of the 2007 NFL draft, the New Orleans Saints pick LaRon Landry" would be nice.

Unfortunately, I do have a bad habit of cursing. I need to break that. And, true, I was downing the brewskis yesterday and last night. I still haven't seen the entire Sugar Bowl game cold sober.

While it would be great for the fans and the city to host the NFC championship game, the real reason to want to host is it will dramatically increase our chance of getting to the SB. Weather could be a major factor in the windy city. I'd like to eliminate that factor and play in the Dome.

I just made hotel reservations in NO for Saturday night just in case. I don't have tix, and probably won't get any, but the atmosphere will be flat out crazy.

I'm not sure, but I don't think we played in any bad weather games this year?

I agree this team looks like a team of destiny and can win anywhere, but I just don't want to play on a sloppy field in freezing rain, sleet, snow, etc. That's what they are expecting up there for today's game.

Plus, I want to soak up some of that atmosphere.:thumb:

The 2000 playoff win (the 1st ever) against the Rams was one to remember, but this year's team (and hopefully years to come) does seem special and I like the makeup of this team from top to bottom a lot better.

    One win away.

I think I am a Seatle fan today too, I think home field advantage with the fans never hurts.
