Photos with communists are okay. Photos with terrorists are okay. Photos of illegal drug usage are okay. Photos of immoral acts are okay. Photos desecrating the American flag or Christianity are okay.

Yet photos of a kid with a legal firearm is cause for a national outcry from the liberals. These nutjobs really need to practice reverse abortion and take their own life. Save Mother Earth and avoid global warming by eating a legal bullet. Wow...and we wonder why this country is in such a mess. o_O

What is the issue that needs to be litigated, especially since no evidence was gathered since no search was conducted?

Apparently me, the Founding Fathers and the Supreme Court of the US are wrong...

Only your interpretation of the Constitution.

Governor Chris Christie has launched an investigation into the matter.

NJ to investigate state response to Facebook photo of boy holding rifle

The family's lawyer is considering a lawsuit and says, "the 'heavy handed' encounter violated the first, second and fourth amendments because Moore was simply exercising his free speech rights online, and his gun and privacy rights in his home."

Fantastic. I can't wait until the results leave this thread speechless.

That's not really a good indicator that supports your argument. If anything it supports mine.

Is there something that I'm supposed to be saying? The point was made. You disagreed. In just a few weeks we will see what laws were broken, Constitutional Rights were violated, etc. Unlike you I'm not some child that has to have the last word. I'm mature and confident enough of my views to let them stand on their own merit. They'll soon be supported by the findings of Gov. Christie's "investigation" if it is indeed a legitimate investigation and not a political opportunity to pander to the lowest common denominator that wallows in ignorance.

After you toss off some insults, declare yourself "greater" than me, invoke the founding fathers, and belittle those who disagree as ignorant. Gee, I wish I was mature like you.
