StaceyO, I forgot one of the main reasons for heading out on 380 and you reminded me,,,you do avoid all of the traffic on 75, 635, 80, etc. getting out of Dallas. Good point.
When we go to Hot Spings each summer, we take 380 to I-30 for the exact same reason. For one, we live about four miles south of 380, and for another, it wouldn't make sense to go down to Garland from Plano to hit 30 there. If the construction is finally completed, then "Amen!" It's messed up my holiday weekend travels since November of 2002!
