Just remember that Don gets his info the same way we do: By people telling us. Just like any other source of information on the internet, it should be taken with a grain of salt. That being said, I read him for informative purposes only. I enjoy his opinions, but they are just opinions. The stuff I read on Message Boards is more accurate in that regard.
To all the posters I have one thing to say about all of this. Talent means nothing if the brain isn't working the best. God knows we can all look at Russell and know he is physically gifted and the most talented of the threesome. But if he doesn't have a complete grasp of the offense he will never win the job. If does have that grasp he will win the job, it as simple as that. I am not saying Russell doesn't know the offense but I will say that the last thing I want is a QB that throws a beautiful interception. I'd rather a guy that that completes a wounded duck.
Saban and Dinardo do not coach in the same manner. One of them has good sense. I hope I do not have to tell you which one it is.
