Just based on those comments from him earlier this week, it seems like it is between LSU and Florida. We'll find out on Sunday.

Dye has indicated that the coach that recruited him was an important factor in his decision.

That bodes well for LSU, since he and his dad have built a great relationship with Coach McCarthy.

But then again he could have built just a great a relationship with whomever is recruiting him for Miami.

    I don't think Florida is a factor.

Clint Hurtt (DL Coach) and Aubrey Hill (WR Coach) are both recruiting the Seminole trio together...

Well everyone is pretty much saying that Campbell was never considering LSU in the first place and that we were played.

That's the consensus. It certainly appeared that way.

    So we're 1 for 1.

    After Friday practice:

OT Paden Kelley, called Dye "the toughest man to block this week.

    Rivals wrote:

Dye was ultra-quick and speedy. The Black team quarterbacks didn't have much time to throw on Friday and Dye was a big reason. He was frequently in the passer's face and was able to keep them from tucking and running.

Though he needs to add some bulk to be able to compete against college offensive tackles, he appears to be able to do so without losing his quickness.

:geaux: With Dye and Armstrong to the "U", looks like our chances are slim to none with the remaining member of the Seminole Trio, Mr. DeBose. I thought LSU's best chance was Dye anyway. Oh well, still have a helluva class going anyway!:thumb: :LSU231:

    Re: Dyron Dye

Why do you think that? Debose has been the one everyone said is the most likely to leave the state out of the 3. Dye to LSU or Ray Ray was never considered a must to land Debose.

Still could pick UF anyway but we still have time if that happens.
