Seriously, why are you being such a pain in the ass? It's a new RSS module Brett is trying. He even said he does not have a lot of time to work on it but he is trying it for us. Give the man time to work out the kinks in it and it will be useful for us in the long run. You're one whiny old yawn of a man.
Sabanfan is a total waste of space and energy. He's become an ass around the same time that Saban left. Coincidence? I'm not going to get in a pissing match with him, I learned that its a total waste of time and space. He complains about cry babies and he's the biggest cry baby of all such as in this thread and repeating himself in the game thread.
Looks like I made a lot of new friends with the new RSS LSU news feed. :yelwink2: Sorry about the all of the duplicate threads containing the same articles. I don't think there is anything I can do about that. These websites all pickup the AP wire and they all feed into Yahoo. It wouldn't be so bad if they were all independently written articles. I'm trying to bring the latest LSU news to the forum. If the Advocate or the Times Pic made an RSS feed available I'd just use one of theirs but they don't and the only option I've found in Yahoo's RSS news feed. If anyone knows of an exclusive LSU RSS feed please let me know. Since this is the slowest time of year and most of the people active on the forum are loyal regulars I'll test it out for a few months and then take a poll to decide if it stays or goes. My intention is to add as much value to the forum as I can and give you all what you want. If you don't like it then it's gone, simple as that. Thanks.
When I check out TigerForums, I always go to "View New Posts", which lists threads from every forum. I said my piece and I'll deal with it. Some of you guys seem a little more worked up than I am. Sourdough: Don't take me on. You'll get embarrassed.
Brett: Good for you. We appreciate any improvements and experiments make good sense to me. RSS will improve. The latest LSU news is always great and some way to eliminate duplicate stories will emerge. SabanFan, Sourdoughman, and their critics: Take some aspirin, mix a highball and chill, amigos. Anybody that gets angry and upset at a character on an anonymous forum needs serious help.
