U. S. business' are scared to death of what Obama will do if reelected. He will use every government agency to push a progressive agenda. He has done so already with permits for off shore drilling and EPA carbon controls. If I owned a small business I would be more worried about trying to protect my earnings from this government. Many business' will do only what they must to survive and will not take any chances. Many are waiting to see what the democrats new vote buying entitlement called obamacare will do to their bottom line. I would be scared to over stretch at all if I were a business until Obama was gone. If I had to wait till 2016 that's what I would do. There is no telling what this man will do if reelected and he doesn't have to worry about winning another election.
