With mort rates floatin round 2% and change, the market is on fire again. Has housing bubble crash 2.0 written all over it.
I'm in at right around 3 points which sucks a bit because I've already done a refi and not going to do another one. I personally think the whole damn thing is about to come down and I mean in a fabulous disaster type of crash. Whatever you do hold on to your mortgage because there is a great chance it gets redone at about half of what you owe.
