    Obviously the DLine is deep...

Linebackers, we should be returning both Highsmith and Kaule...Vaughn too...who is after them?

    In the secondary we've got

    Prude
    Stevenson
    Landry
    Daniels

    As for depth?

RJ Jackson could play DB or Safety although he doesn't want to.

Sammy Davis at CB, Chevis Jackson at CB, Daniel Francis at Safety. Francis played solid minutes at times during the championship season.

Sammy Davis would have trouble at DB. You know, the glass eye and all.

I'll be shocked if Prude makes it in the starting lineup. Unless he plans on getting a lot better than he currently is.

I thought Prude was our best cover guy last season myself.

Hollis we be a likely starter IMO & Luke Sanders should push for a starting job or at least garner a lot of PT. Prude played very well last year IMO. People want to blame him for the loss against Iowa, but it is totally unfair to blame a loss on one single play. Prude, Stephenson, Joseph & Jackson should give us formidable CB play & we'll be strong at the safety spots.

I am concerned about who will take Spears' spot(I think Wroten did a fine job playing inside). I'd like to see Tim Washington make a push or the DE we got from Texas last year.

I'll wait till we get a defensive coordinator before speculating on who's going to be be starting.
