Once flew from Tokyo to Charlotte via Minneapolis. Got to MSP and delay to Charlotte. After 3 - 4 hours they came on speaker, “We’ve got great news, your plane to Charlotte will be leaving the gate in Miami in about an hour.” Numbing.
