No it would be awesome if a bunch of right wing whack jobs got elected. That way the left wing whack job in the white house couldn't do anything. Two years of governemnt stalemate is exactly what this country needs. In fact I think I am going to start voting for whatever situation will bring about stalemate.

We need to break the super majority in the senate and it will probably happen next year. There are several Dem seats that may not hold and a few others just leaning their way when they were considered solid a year ago. There are a lot of retiring Senators too. I suspect the mood of the country will be anti capitol hill and the democrats are providing a nice array of ammunition for the republicans to use. The republicans have to be enjoying the White House pizzing all over its leg on Fox news. They couldnt buy that kind of campaign fodder for any amount of money. Obama's coat tails will drag some of his Dem's down just like they swept them up.
