Spot on Red! What really bothers me about many minions it that they KNOW what is in Miles', Cameron's, Chief's heads and not only how they make decisions buy what drives them. I have no issue with criticism but inane BS about supposed knowledge of what is going on in the staff's heads coming from those who have ZERO connection other than fandom is ridiculous (as are they).
Yep, I watch, since 1966 LSU has had only 11 QB's drafted into the NFL, 3 have played under Les, not a bad stat. At LSU, the guy has won 102 games, is 6 and 3 in bowl games, has had 14 players drafted in the first round, 63 players drafted into the NFL, has finished in the top 20 all but one year. Right now there are 43 former Tigers on NFL rosters. Has finished 1st or 2nd in the SEC west every year but two. The guy has played in two NCG, won one. Two SEC Championships. One of the best in recruiting year end and year out. That's a great resume. He wins a game, someone else did it. A loss, its him. An some people want him fired.
Ok, let's discuss Brandon Harris for one! Unless you think CLM has done wonders with Jordan Jefferson. Russell Shepard, and Anthony Jennings? We have had two quarterbacks in the past 5 years who were worth a crap: Jarrett Lee and Mettenberger. We are 1-4 in the SEC West, and have a really chance of going 1-5. If CLM is so good with quarterbacks, then explain why we are not better? If we had started Brandon Harris could we have been better than 1-4...given that CLM is the great coach many on this site claim him to be? My point is why continue to recruit spread option quarterbacks if you are going to put them in the "I" formation and try to make drop back passers out of them. That is why is say CLM is clueless when it comes to quarterbacks. Look at Dandy Don's site today. Yet again, LSU is recruiting a "dual-threat" quarterback. Do you really think CLM is going to develop this recruit given his track record?
