every player I talk to says he told them on Thurs he wasn't leaving. so I have to believe on Tues-Wed, he told Michigan his decision. What happened Fri night and Sat morning, I don't know, but I do know for fact he told the team Thurs he was staying. Hester even went on record as to say as much. That's why the team didn't really let the report get to them, b/c they kinda figured that something was fishy about it from the start.
I agree. Miles wrote off Michigan after they lost to Appy State. The Miles to Michigan thing was a figment of the medias' imagination. Sure, UM was his alma mater, but it was also the place where he froze his azz off for 6 months out of the year.
How about this scenario, herbie's an OSU guy, michigan knew he was staying, but told Herbie he was going to UM just so he'd look like an idiot
