with easter right around the corner, what do you most like to add-in to your deviled eggs? i've added in crab and garlic and other times bacon and other times sausage. classic deviled eggs: 6 eggs hard cooked, yolks removed and mashed 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 teaspoons dijon mustard (or creole mustard) 1/2 teaspoon mild vinegar 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish salt and ground pepper to taste (maybe some hot sauce too) paprika for garnish 1. combine yolks with other ingredients and fill whites 2. garnish with a sprinkling of paprika or a dab of relish
