Did anyone here think Quarterman would get drafted?

    I know I sure didn't.

There was a record 30 undrafted players this year. I wonder if he will get a summer league invite form someone.

Yeah it appears only Quarterman thought he was draft worthy.

You know we suck when nothing is a better option than LSU. JJ should be proud.

He is on his way to the D League, hopefully for Tim's sake. Lots of people forget just how global the basketball game is today and do not factor this in when projecting/encouraging prospects to go for it. He's got the frame for the league, but he has to have a specific skill to get drafted and he's really not mastered anything. He's just a well-rounded guy who is limited athletically. I thought with a senior season where he concentrated on specific skill (for me, it would have been his perimeter defense and 3 point shot -- people love a guy who can guard multiple positions and hit outside shots -- Bruce Bowen type or the Thunder's Roberson) and he'd have a shot next year.

Maybe he just wanted to get paid to play. Guess LSU doesn't pay very well after all, Shaq. ;)

I have doubts he even gets a D-league invite. I don't think he's on a summer league roster either.

I honestly wonder how much of a malcontent he was last year. He gave up a significant amount of ball handling responsibility to Simmons and I am willing to bet his ego was bruised. He sulked a lot last year.
