That is something like they posted over there too, I just told that guy that being suspended and missing some playing time was two different things. My time over there now is probably getting close. They can't ban me cause I ain't cussing or name calling or nothing like that. :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige
Oh honey, that is not enough for them not to ban you. I don't cuss period, and I didn't say anything inflammatory whatsoever. They banned me after ONE post. You have been leading a charmed life. I'm glad you were there to take up our slack, though. Good job!:thumb:
I am at 98 posts over there now:lol:     I don't think some of them like me:lol:
You don't get suspended for curfew violations at a bowl game. Maybe they won't start, but they will play.
why is it that the only report of this is in the Shreveport times? Something doesn't seem right. There is no mention of it at any other sports reporting agency, ESPN isn't on it, nor is Tigerbait, or anyone else for that matter. It wasn't even mentioned on the Coach's radio show from what I understand so I'm not buying it.
Cause it's not a big deal........they broke curfew during a bowl game week.......that's why teams like the bowl games so much- it's a party and they have fun. In NO, no telling what could have caused that to happen and they are playing.
For what it's worth, WJBO is reporting it... But I wouldn't look for them to be suspended... they may sit out their first series but I'd be suprised if it was any more than that.
I just hope this isn't a sign that the players are enjoying their stay in NO too much and not focusing on the game. I get the feeling we'll get ND's best effort tonight.
The Advocate has it too: Miles disciplines players Miles didn’t use the word suspended, but he confirmed Tuesday night an unspecified number of players broke a team rule. Miles said some might not play in the Sugar Bowl tonight against Notre Dame. Miles declined to name the players or say how many were involved. He said “it was not a major issue” but didn’t say whether curfew violations occurred. “There’s a couple guys that it might cost playing time,” Miles said, “but nobody’s restricted. They will be available to play.” Speaking to reporters after his radio show at a New Orleans restaurant, Miles said the violation of a team rule “was significant enough, but not major.”
