Did the baby boomer generation throw this country under the bus?

  1. Ask yourself who is running this country for the past 10-20 years? Boomers have screwed everyone over. CEO's, politicians, judges etc etc = baby boomers. The top 1% of this country are boomers the bottom 99% are broke as a joke. The salary that these people make are ridiculous and what do they do to reward the people that made them rich? Sub out work to other countries, fire everyone and take giant bonuses, fly around in private jets, hire illegal immigrants on the cheap, run the national debt so high we will never fix it, on and on... It's time for this generation to disappear.

  2. The seeds of our present multi-trillion $ debt were planted by the unholy alliances forged between the Federal Gov't, Military Supply Industries, the Federal Reserve and Intelligence. This was just after WWII. Most boomers were either in diapers or still unborn.

    I am a boomer and have never been in a private airplane, nor have 98% of boomers. Your comments are essentially silly and irrelevant because they are all hyperbole and without basis in fact. They are like a rant on a street corner of Occupy Wall Street.

  3. Your ignorance is astonishing. The Boomers have no higher percentage of rich people or poor people than the generations ahead and behind them.
  4. I'm not saying that EVERY BB is rich just the top 1% of the country and most of them just happen to be BB. If you think different then you are blind to the fact. Again CEOs of Banks, F500 companies, politicians, judges, Congress, those are the people that run the USA and they just happen to fall in the generation of BB. If you think this generation has done a hell of a job running the nation then god bless your simple minds. At least admit what generation is running America right now and say I'm wrong.

    The Boomers have done a very remarkable job which you will find out as you now begin to have the jobs handed over to your generation. GenX has already failed to step up significantly and the Echo Boomers will have to step up quickly.
