No sir. I put my burgers on the grill and let them cook. I like'em done medium, pink on the inside. Smush'in'em down just presses the juices out of them.

When I don't give a shit, I'll do it just to make the fire bigger on the grill. My burgers are 50/50 with ground bacon, so they make pretty intense fires. But yeah, rule if thumb is to leave it alone. Bizzare how tiga is just figuring this out, so I guess turtle don't come in burgers.
