Does a Texas loss help us in any way?

    Amen brother, it was a good weekend here in H-town with the A&M and the Tea Sippers losing.

    Texas losses always help in East Texas recruiting. The worse Texas does, the better LSU recruits the in Houston-Beaumont area.

    My Longhorn friend at work was bemoaning the loss this morning. I loved it. Of course, we were also making early plans to attend the Cotton Bowl together, both wearing our respective "colors" if it comes to that. I suppose we both pulled a "Les Miles" by even talking about that.

    TU is an insult to Texas, very much like Southern Cal in an insult to USC, and very much UNlike how your avatar is an insult to me.
