    Football is what matters most, that is the sport that people are most passionate about. While Bama has certainly had the best of LSU over the decades, and now currently LSU has the better sports program.

    LSU ranks in the top ten all time for overall collegiate national titles.

    Most schools have their one sport they excel best in. For LSU it was track until they wouldn't pay the coach his worth. For Bama it just so happens to be the most important sport, football.

    Speaking of titles, the 6th straight season that Bama has won the recruiting title on 247sports. Incredible.
