Cowboys fan here.... Clearly if NE brings their best effort they win. If they just bring their B game they still probably win. Tony still has a lot to learn and Unacoach will confuse him. And the Dallas D has some holes with Newman still hurt, Henry out, and not much pass rush. I hope Dallas can surprise me (and NE) and pull off a win. The Cowboys should be loose, pressure is really on NE to win.
Dallas will do like the Saints last year, play a weak schedule and win most of their games. They may be the best in the pathetic NFC.
Anybody notice the game management blunder by Coach Phillips? Down 38-24, he elects to kick a FG inside the 10 yard line with 10 minutes to go. A defense that could not stop the Pats for 3+ quarters was somehow going to stop New England not only once but twice with a 38-27 deficit. Get real. Not a good sign for Cowboys fans to make such a poor decision in crunch time. I predicted the downfall of the Boys after the Buffalo debacle. Looks like its started so lets just enjoy it all unfold, shall we?
i don't understand necessarily how this is a downfall. they were winning in the 2nd half, something no one has done yet, and probably no one will do again against he Pats, aka the best team ever. You stack up any team against those guys and the result will be a 20+ point loss, so there's no shame. And for the Romo haters, he played well minus the 1 pick.
