1. They are infringing upon the right of the non-cheaters to
    enjoy fair competition.
  2. yeah but if it wasn't illegal everyone would be doing it, so it would be fair.
  3. lol... well they are illegal and almost everyone IS doing them. lol
  4. so, for it to be fair, athletes would have to subject themselves to frequent and prolonged exposure to a dangerous drug? the only upside to this would be that the athletes use of anabolic steroids would be safer than it is now. but even then you would have 10% that would try to ramp up use to gain an advantage.
  5. no the point would be, if you want to juice, you should be able to. if someone else doesn't they don't have to. but i bet if you polled major leaguers, and asked them, if steroids were legal, would they take them, you would see a resounding amount say yes they would. Of course they are dangerous if you over do it, you can kill yourself from drinking too much water, not going to ban that any time soon are we.
  6. exploitation. the SCOTUS has already ruled that we cant throw dwarfs for fun.
  7. That would certainly help your health care dollars. Imagine all athletes from all sports on dialysis and assisted care from age 40 on. :dis:
  8. imagine all the porkers who are going to end up in hospitals anyway from coca cola and mcdonalds.
  9. and throw a wrench in darwin's theory? i don't think so. :hihi:
  10. Hell tobacco is 100% legal, and available to almost any child that can stand up on their own legs... and tobacco use leads to the #1 cause of death... and many other causes lower down the list. But yet if you have $3 you can puff your life away if you so desire... pretty sad imo.
