Absolutely! We fielded what many consider the best college football team ever, so yes it was worth it. As bad as O lost control of the program, he deserves some credit. He brought in Burrow and some of the best recruiting classes the program has ever seen. He even brought it Brady, who I personally think was overrated and more a product of having Burrow, Chase, Moss, Helaire and Jefferson on the same team. I think Ensminger deserved more credit and recognition for the team's offensive success. As for CBK, I'm excited to see our program return back to respectability, particularly off the field. I expect a 9 win season next season, with a run at the NC in two years. LSU fans just have to be patient, which is something we are not very good at! I'm excited about the program, which isn't something I've said very often recently!
Are you thinking of Hines, maybe? He posted on twitter that he had not made any announcement and nothing was official. I havent seen anything like that about Baskerville.
