In additon, as the above poster mentioned, they are not makeing their reads quick enough. The receiver gets open but the pass is not thrown on time for a completion. Neither quarterback has shown that he can anticipate when the receiver will break open.

I honestly can't believe people are still writing about this. Every thread has the exact same things posted, except that this one doesn't have my thoughts on the QB situation because I'm sick of repeating myself. There is nothing making this thread any more educated than any of the 3,452 QB posts that have been posted in the last couple of weeks.

cmon guys, he simply wanted to talk about the qb situation like everyone else. He's new here so he hasnt read every post on it as you have. Give the guy a break....if you dont want to read about it, dont fn click it and reply. move the f#$W on.

Perhaps you're right tirk. I apologize if I offended anyone, specifically dlongintexas. That wasn't my intention. If you're new here and didn't realize how this subject has been driven into the ground, then it's not your fault. I think it was the "Educated QB Talk" title that got me, as I thought it was referring to this thread as being more educated than any of the other QB threads of recent days.

For real dlongintexas, I try to hard not to be one of those obnoxious, disrespectful, "I'm right, you're wrong" type of posters (but I won't mention any names...cough...ramah...cough), so I wasn't trying to offend you. If that's the case and you haven't seen the incredible number of QB threads on here, you really ought to take a few minutes and scroll through the last couple of weeks posts. It's insane. And even then you won't realize that many of the threads posted about other topics have eventually turned to talking about the QB thing.

Here's what we need. We need some genetic scientists to take some Rohan DNA and some Mauck DNA, and clone some mixture of QB that has Rohan's size, physical domination and arm strength, and Mauck's scrambling ability, leadership ability, knowledge of the offense, and ability to play smart. They can just produce a new one every 4 years, and have a couple frozen for backup. I'm sure some people still wouldn't be happy though.

welcome to bigtime expectations university....happens all the time where a team has won a NC the previous year. With all the new and old fans comes the intense scrutinizing of every play and player. Most don't remember us struggling as much last year even though there were many times we did. That's because the expectations weren't NC or bust. Gonna get worse so hang on. :lol: :lol:
