    Try this. Cut up and fry one onion in a skillet with butter. Mix about half of the onions in with scrambled egg batter, with a little pepper and cajun seasoning. (Not too much). Scramble eggs as you prefer. Top eggs with remainder of onions, then top with some Smuckers Orange Marmalade. (Not too much because it's sweet) You get a unique combination of sweet and spicy that goes well together. You can also try adding some crumbled bacon to the egg batter, but I like the bacon separately with toast.........
