Doesn’t mean they couldn’t worship or the government suppress any religion. If you can’t find and worship your god without a church you should think about it. And yes I mean Catholic and Episcopal where holy communion is an important part of the religion.

That’s a point worth discussing and something that should always be considered. Remember every right has limits and often circumstances require temporary actions. For example evacuation or shelter in place orders limit several rights but when facing emergencies it can be called for. The Covid pandemic is a case where there’s disagreement as to how much limit is reasonable.
